I am going to start posting my workouts…within the last year I have started getting into CrossFit and Kettle bells.
5 rounds of the following:
30 sec. jump roap
30 sec. over head kettle bell swings (20k)
30 sec. burpees
30 sec. rest
5 rounds of the following:
10 kipping pullups
10 kettle bell snatch each side
10 bent cross over rows
5 rounds of the following:
8 each side turkish get-ups
8 v-ups
